• Third-party content: The Software is a modification of Minecraft and includes code and assets owned by Mojang Studios and/or Microsoft. All such content remains the property of its respective owners.
• RetroMC content: All original code, modifications, systems, assets, and tooling developed for Beta Evolutions by the RetroMC Development Team remain our intellectual property.
• License to use: We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to download and use the Software for personal gameplay purposes only.
• Restrictions (to the maximum extent permitted by law): You may not decompile, deobfuscate, reverse engineer, modify, extract, reuse, or redistribute the RetroMC-owned portions of the Software, nor create derivative works based on them, without explicit written permission.
• No redistribution: You may not rehost, mirror, or distribute the Software (including modified or patched builds) outside of approved RetroMC channels.
• Termination: We may revoke this license and restrict access (including server access) if these terms are violated.
• Disclaimer: The Software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the RetroMC Development Team is not liable for damages or data loss arising from use of the Software.
